STUDIO POLICIES 2021-2022

  1. Lesson Payment & Scheduling: Lessons are scheduled and paid for in advance using my online booking system Fons. Scheduling lessons is the responsibility of the student. I use flexible scheduling, which means you book each lesson online at a time that works for you. There is no need to set up a regular lesson time each week unless you prefer to. 

 

Lesson Rates

Intro Lesson (new students) – 45 minutes: $35

“Trying it Out” Lesson Package – 4 lessons (45 minutes each):  $180 (one time)

“Dedicated” Lesson Package – 8 lessons (1 hour each): $425 (one time)

“Committed” Monthly subscription – 1 hour lessons 3x/month:  $150/month

  • The 4-lesson package must be used within 2 months of purchase.

  • The 8-lesson package must be used within 3 months of purchase.  

  • Lesson package balances can be checked in your Fons account under Settings>Subscriptions & Packages.

 

  1. Cancellation Policy:

 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule* a lesson, you can do so at least 36 hours in advance. Students who cancel with less than 36 hours’ notice will still be charged.

  • Discretionary makeups may be given in cases of illness.

  • If you are ill, please do not come to an in-person lesson. If you are well enough to sing, the lesson can take place over Zoom.

  • If I am unable to teach a scheduled lesson, you will receive a makeup.

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance. No refunds are given.

 

*To reschedule a lesson on Fons, login to your account, cancel the existing appointment and book a new one.

 

  1. Online Lessons:

    • During online lessons, please be in a quiet space where you can sing freely and uninterrupted (i.e. not while traveling in the car or in a public area with passersby).

    • In the case of a lockdown, lessons will take place online.

 

  1. Communication: Lesson reminder emails are sent 50 hours before your lesson to give you ample time to cancel if needed. Please make sure these emails are coming to your Primary inbox and keep your contact information updated in Fons.  You can reach me between lessons by email at nechamaleahmusic@gmail.com or Whatsapp - +972586105351.
